2007 Freightliner (M2 Business Class) 
The engine is a 330 hp Mercedes Benz.  The body is by Elite Fire Apparatus, Inc. (now Wolverine Fire Apparatus
of Union City, MI).  It has a 2000 gallon poly tank with an aluminum outer body equipped with 3 Newton dumps valves.
The hose bed has a full aluminum cover and rear doors to comply with the new NFPA specifications for hose beds.
There are 2 large body side compartments on each side of the truck with Pok rollup doors.
The passenger side compartment had a 600 gallon per minute Darley pump with a Honda engine and Hannay electric 
hose reel with 200 feet of hard inner jacketed 1 inch forestry hose.  The drivers side compartment is setup with adjustable 
shelving for equipment storage.  The rear of the truck had dual ladders to access the hose bed.  The tanker carries 
2 - 3000 gallon aluminum framed Husky portable tanks.  One of the portable tanks is stored in the center of the hose 
bed and the other is stored in a poly compartment which runs through the center of the water tank.  This portable tank 
is easily accessible for the firefighters from the ground.  The tanker is equiped with 2 - 4 inch gated fill pipes which are 
setup with adapters to fill 5 inch storz, 4 inch storz or 2.5 inch quick lock couplers.  The tanker is setup with all LED 
emergency lighting including an arrow stick on the rear.  The rear body has 6 scene lights, 2 on each side and 2 to the rear.
The scene lights are made by Havashield.   They are the new generation of 12 volt lighting with 150 watts of power each.

This unit is the primary tanker for rescue calls and vehicle fires.  If it is not being used for its water, 
it is used for traffic control at the scene.
